Do you accept any payment methods other than credit card?

For individual customers, we accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and Diners card) and debit cards, (However J-debit is not accepted) We use Square to process payments. For corporate customers, in addition to credit cards, we can also send a bill that can be paid by bank transfer. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Can I send you materials to process?

We do not offer this service at the moment. We only offer processing on materials that we provide.

You don’t offer the material that I want. Can I request other materials?

It is possible to order in types and sizes of material that are not shown in the list. Please contact us by email or phone for more information.

How long does it take to create products? Do you offer priority processing?

We aim to ship orders around 3 to 5 days after your payment is confirmed. Please contact us by email if you are in a rush.

Do you accept designs in formats other than Illustrator (ai)?

We currently only accept illustrator files. We can accept files created in CAD software, but require that you convert it to illustrator format before sending it to us.

What version of Illustrator is required?

We use Illustrator CC. However, we can accept Illustrator files created in any version. We offer our design templates in CS1 format. Please contact us if you require a template in an earlier format.
